Did you know moving more in general can do wonders for your health and weight loss goals? For every TV episode you watch take a 5 - 10 minute walk. The problem we have is after work we come home, sit down for dinner and then put the telly on.... what do we do the rest of the night? Well we sit down.... Often we are not sitting well for our posture, this leads to back pain and glutes and hamstring weakness. Just getting up off the sofa and going for a short walk can make all the difference.
